On Dec. 1st, 100 Women Who Care Ankeny presented CFI’s Cornerstone Recovery Center in Ankeny with the 4th quarter 2017 donation of $8,600!!!  Funds will be used for facility renovations.  New chairs were already purchased in anticipation of receiving the 100 Women donations.  Cornerstone staff thanks 100 Women Who Care Ankeny for helping provide quality mental health and substance abuse services in our community!

On with Life
​We had 55 women in attendance and together we raised $6,900!

  • Began as the dream of a small group of brain injury survivors and their families who envisioned a program that would provide rehabilitation services to persons living with brain injury.

  • Opened in 1991.

  • Served more than 2,500 Iowans and their families, including Ankeny residents, with a continuum of care addressing traumatic brain injury, stroke, tumor, aneurysm, or other brain injury.

  • Services include post-acute inpatient rehabilitation, long-term skilled care for youth and younger adults, outpatient neuro rehabilitation, supported community living, neuropsychology services, and independent living/apartments of OWL Creek.

The Ankeny Service Center
​We had 55 women in attendance and together we raised $7,000!
  • Ankeny Service Center has been serving Ankeny since 1981.

  • The Center coordinates human services and referrals for youth,
    families and seniors.

  • Programs include holiday, transportation, emergency, and food assistance.
